People Development, Leadership & Culture Team Lead

About the role

The Team Lead for People Development, Leadership & Culture will manage and supervise the dedicated HR unit, driving improvement, governance, and team performance across the country/site level.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the People Development, Leadership & Culture unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
• Lead direct reports, define objectives, tasks, and responsibilities, and monitor results.
• Plan regular team activities to cover all stages and respond to requests.
• Identify training and development needs, support professional growth, and apply measures for performance, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent English (C1) and French.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, PAI & Quality.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, and change management skills.
• Target and result orientation, motivation, resilience, self‑organization, conflict management, and teamwork.
