Spa & Wellness Director

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a Spa & Wellness Director to lead the daily operations of its beachfront spa and wellness facilities in Tunis, Tunisia. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on management to deliver luxury wellness experiences that enhance guest loyalty and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all spa and wellness operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and execute pricing, promotions, retail, and programming strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
• Recruit, coach, train and manage a high‑performing spa team, handling performance reviews and career development.
• Deliver personalized luxury wellness experiences that reinforce the Four Seasons brand.
• Prepare and control departmental budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, inventory and cost‑control measures.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, hygiene and luxury hospitality standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Public Relations to promote spa offerings and attract new clientele.
• Identify and implement industry trends, innovative treatments and wellness concepts.
• Work closely with cross‑functional hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in spa, wellness or luxury hospitality management.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for wellness and strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to inspire, lead and develop diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
