Operations Manager – Rooms Division

About the role

As an Operations Manager at Radisson Hotel Group you will orchestrate exceptional guest experiences, focusing on the Rooms Division and supporting the General Manager in daily hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Rooms Division, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities, uphold brand reputation, and ensure compliance with legislation and due‑diligence requirements.
• Manage the hotel budget, monitor financial performance and drive revenue generation.
• Act as the right‑hand to the General Manager, proactively addressing operational issues and supporting strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading hotel operations teams, especially as a Rooms Division Manager in an upscale resort.
• Strong leadership with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach.
• Personal integrity, flexibility, and a positive “Yes I Can!” attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

Required skills

• Fluency in French and English.
• Proficiency with IT systems across various platforms.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel abilities.
