Shift Leader Warehouse

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Shift Leader to manage its warehouse operations in Zaghouan, Tunisia. You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving continuous improvement within the unit.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the warehouse unit against defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
• Plan team activities to cover all operational stages and respond to requests.
• Define objectives, tasks, and responsibilities for team members, monitor results, and evaluate performance.
• Identify training needs, support professional development, and apply measures to improve team performance and flexibility.
• Oversee complete warehouse processes including unloading, labeling, storage, picking, sequencing, loading, and shipping.
• Maintain technical equipment safely and ensure accurate stock records.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management, and leadership abilities.
• Autonomy, customer relationship skills, and priority management.
