Logistics Governance, Standards and Reporting Specialist

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Logistics Governance, Standards and Reporting specialist to ensure the implementation of Value Chain Management (VCM) standards across the country organization. You will train teams, provide technical support, and monitor logistics performance to drive inventory optimization and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of VCM standards within the country organization.
• Train the country organization and provide technical support on VCM processes and tools.
• Support logistics assessments to monitor adherence to standards.
• Manage the central learning platform for logistics‑related processes.
• Monitor, analyze and report country inventories.
• Coordinate inventory budget and forecasting processes.
• Share inventory‑reduction best practices and lead inventory workshops.
• Identify performance deviations, organize root‑cause analysis meetings, and support definition of global VCM standards.

Required profile

• Engineer degree (Industrial, Logistics, or Technical engineering) or Master in logistics.
• Fluent in English (C1) and French (C1).
• Strong communication, social and intercultural sensitivity.
