About the role

We are seeking an experienced Shift Leader to oversee daily manufacturing operations within our production team. The role involves supervising team leaders and a large workforce to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.

Key responsibilities

Lead and supervise 3–4 Team Leaders and 100–150 production employees.
Achieve production targets related to safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with production processes, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, and other support functions.
Develop, coach, and motivate the production team while driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

Technical education or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Team Leader or Production Supervisor in an automotive environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
Hands‑on, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

Proficiency with SAP.
