About the role
We are seeking an experienced Shift Leader to oversee daily manufacturing operations within our production team. The role involves supervising team leaders and a large workforce to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise 3–4 Team Leaders and 100–150 production employees.
- Achieve production targets related to safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with production processes, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, and other support functions.
- Develop, coach, and motivate the production team while driving continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Technical education or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Team Leader or Production Supervisor in an automotive environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Hands‑on, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP.
