SEO / SEM Specialist – Drive Organic & Paid Search Growth

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. You will shape our keyword strategy, optimise website content, and manage PPC campaigns to maximise ROI and boost our online visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimisation to increase organic traffic.
• Optimise website content, meta tags, landing pages, and site architecture for SEO and user experience.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and work with developers to implement fixes.
• Launch, monitor, and optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Track, report, and analyse website analytics (GA4), PPC performance, and SEO metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword tactics, and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup power to ensure uninterrupted work.
