Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Anglophone

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for an international electrotechnical group. The role is based in Monastir, Tunisia and requires fluency in English to support a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full recruitment cycle from need definition to new‑hire onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and design sourcing strategies.
• Identify, approach and attract top candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Conduct pre‑screen interviews and coordinate all recruitment steps.
• Build and maintain a qualified candidate pool.
• Support employer branding, university relations and recruitment events.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and produce regular reports.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in an industrial or international setting.
• Strong ability to manage several recruitments simultaneously and work closely with managers.
• Excellent communication, organization and priority‑setting skills.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
