HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking an HR Specialist focused on Talent Acquisition to join its Human Resources team in Tunisia. The role is hands‑on, covering the full recruitment cycle, internal communication, and new‑employee integration within an industrial manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and non‑technical positions, from job definition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, create profiles, and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, universities, recruitment events, employee referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen, assess and interview candidates, coordinating with managers and maintaining records in the HRIS/ATS.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑hire and source effectiveness, and produce regular reports.
• Support internal HR communications, employer branding initiatives and employee engagement campaigns.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, orientation sessions and follow‑up with new hires to ensure smooth integration.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, labor regulations and continuous‑improvement practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in an industrial, manufacturing, aerospace or automotive setting.
• Proven ability to work with operational managers and manage multiple recruitment priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and interpersonal abilities.
