Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Anglophone

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for an international industrial group. The role is focused on attracting top English‑speaking talent in a fast‑growing, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, from need definition to new‑hire onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify talent needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
• Identify, approach, and engage high‑quality candidates through multiple channels.
• Conduct pre‑screen interviews and coordinate all subsequent recruitment steps.
• Build and maintain a qualified talent pool for current and future openings.
• Support employer branding initiatives, school relations, and recruitment events.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, generate reports, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in an industrial or international setting.
• Strong ability to manage several recruitment processes simultaneously and work closely with managers.
• Excellent communication, organization, and priority‑management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
