Senior Fullstack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join iterise, a company delivering enterprise‑grade software solutions to clients across Europe. The role is hybrid, based in Tunis, and offers the chance to work on high‑impact, scalable projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable enterprise applications across frontend and backend layers.
• Design, build, and evolve REST APIs and event‑driven services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Create modern, responsive user interfaces with React.js and/or Angular.
• Implement and maintain event‑driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Promote best practices in software quality, performance, and maintainability.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on fullstack development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Solid experience with React.js and/or Angular for frontend development.
• Proven experience designing event‑driven architectures and messaging systems.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Git‑based workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Autonomous, detail‑oriented, and collaborative mindset.
