Software Engineer – AI/ML Cloud Services

About the role

Join Infor's Optimus team to build cloud‑native, multi‑tenant AI services that power enterprise applications. You will design, develop, and ship AI capabilities that transform ERP workflows from transactional to predictive and autonomous operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship scalable AI capability services on a shared reference architecture.
• Develop vertical agents that orchestrate AI services, business rules, and human‑in‑the‑loop approvals.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and machine‑learning models into production via inference APIs, tool‑calling, and retrieval pipelines.
• Create data models and semantic business layers that reflect enterprise objects and constraints.
• Contribute reusable AI services, code‑generation tooling, and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate product teams.
• Embed governance, privacy, security, auditability, and model transparency throughout the solution lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering production software with a focus on AI/ML solutions.
• Hands‑on experience building cloud‑native, multi‑tenant services on AWS (or similar major cloud).
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with a compiled, statically‑typed language such as Go is a plus.
• Familiarity with microservices, API‑driven and event‑driven architectures.
• Understanding of enterprise security, identity management, and data compliance.
