SAP S/4HANA Developer

About the role

Forvia Informatique Tunisie (FIT), part of the automotive group Forvia, is looking for a SAP S/4HANA Developer to join its Global Applications CC department. The role focuses on building modern, user-centric SAP S/4HANA solutions and extensions on the SAP Business Technology Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Work with functional teams to improve business processes through modern UX, translating business requirements into technical designs.
• Design, develop, test and support custom developments in SAP S/4HANA, following SAP best practices and keeping solutions upgrade-safe.
• Create intuitive, responsive and user-centric interfaces.
• Develop and maintain enhancements, APIs and end-to-end applications using ABAP, CDS views, SAP RAP, SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, OData services and SAP BTP.
• Implement side-by-side extension scenarios and cloud-native solutions, and support integration between S/4HANA and cloud applications.
• Promote the Clean Core and Extension Strategy by minimizing customizations in the S/4HANA core and ensuring compatibility with future upgrades.
• Take part in code reviews and architecture discussions to ensure maintainability and compliance with SAP standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of SAP development experience.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA development projects.
• Experience delivering SAP Fiori/UI5 solutions in productive environments.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Required skills

• ABAP, SAP RAP, SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, OData services and CDS views.
• SAP BTP development is highly valued; knowledge of SAP authorization concepts is a plus.
• Git-based development methodology is desirable.
