Remote Video Editor & Motion Designer (Short‑Form Content)

About the role

FaceIQ Labs is seeking a talented Video Editor / Motion Designer to produce high‑impact short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms. You will transform scripts, voice‑overs and facial‑analysis concepts into scroll‑stopping visual stories while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and produce polished short‑form videos for social media.
• Create advanced motion graphics, text animations, transitions and visual effects.
• Translate facial aesthetics, anatomy and research concepts into compelling visual narratives.
• Source and integrate imagery, footage and graphics to support each story.
• Build animations that illustrate facial proportions, measurements and features.
• Synchronise visuals, motion, sound design and voice‑over with precise pacing.
• Maintain a consistent, premium visual identity across all content.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team and iterate quickly on feedback.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and related tools.
• Exceptional sense of timing, motion, composition and visual flow.
• Deep understanding of short‑form content and audience retention.
• Ability to visualise a voice‑over or concept independently.
• Comfortable managing multiple remote projects with fast iteration.
