3D Designer / 3D Artist (Remote, Tunisia)

About the role

HyoNova is seeking a talented 3D Designer / 3D Artist based in Tunisia to help shape the visual world of its virtual workplace platform. You will create high‑quality, production‑ready 3D assets that populate the immersive office environment, from characters to furniture and outdoor scenery.

Key responsibilities

• Model and texture 3D characters, avatars, clothing, and accessories.
• Design office furniture, desks, chairs, meeting tables and other workspace objects.
• Build complete room layouts, office environments and outdoor landscapes such as trees, plants and roads.
• Create props and interactive objects used inside the virtual world.
• Ensure all assets are optimized for real‑time/web‑based rendering.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Blender or a comparable 3D modeling tool.
• Proven track record in character modeling, customization and environment creation.
• Solid understanding of materials, textures, UV mapping, lighting and topology.
• Ability to produce clean, low‑poly assets suitable for GLB/GLTF workflows.
• Attention to scale, proportion, consistency and detail.

Required skills

• Blender (or similar 3D software).
• GLB / GLTF export and optimization.
• Familiarity with Babylon.js or Three.js.
• Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.
