UGC Video Editor – Meta Ads (French)

About the role

We are looking for a talented, detail‑oriented Video Editor to create performance‑driven UGC and e‑commerce creatives for Meta (Instagram and Facebook) ads. The role is fully remote and requires full‑time availability aligned with France/Western European working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and optimise short‑form video ads for Instagram and Facebook, focusing on strong hooks, storytelling, pacing and viewer retention.
• Analyse briefs and assets to determine the most effective editing approach and suggest creative improvements.
• Maintain high accuracy in subtitles, captions, on‑screen text and formatting.
• Ensure all videos meet platform‑specific requirements and brand guidelines.
• Communicate proactively with the creative operations team and incorporate feedback quickly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional video‑editing experience.
• Proven track record editing Meta ads, UGC or e‑commerce creatives.
• Native or fluent French (C1/C2) with strong written and spoken skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, make creative decisions and manage multiple deadlines.
• Full availability Monday‑Friday during France/Western European hours.
