Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions. The role involves handling voice calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning challenges into positive experiences while representing the brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot product, order, and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
