Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual customer support representative to assist our global customers via phone and live chat. You will be the friendly voice that turns questions and issues into clear solutions, helping shoppers from French‑speaking regions navigate our e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads to stay aligned on priorities and brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
