Quality Production Supervisor – Jemmel Plant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Quality Production Supervisor to lead quality initiatives at our Jemmel manufacturing plant. The role ensures product conformity, drives continuous improvement, and supports operational excellence across all production activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a personal quality function program aligned with the plant’s control plan.
• Organize and assign tasks to ensure cleanliness, discipline, and compliance on the shop floor.
• Verify product conformity to specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate quality activities, monitor key indicators, and lead quality circles for systematic problem solving.
• Manage non‑conforming products, including storage blocking, identification, and segregation.
• Monitor complaints, conduct root‑cause analysis, and oversee corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in internal and external audits and generate quality reports and statistics.
• Promote safety, fire protection, and environmental compliance through regular monitoring rounds.
• Implement quality improvement tools such as 6S, visual communication, and waste reduction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and statistical analysis methods.
• Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and enforce compliance.
