Prospector – Global Supplier Acquisition

About the role

Ozeol is expanding its global purchasing pipeline and seeks a Prospector to identify and qualify new suppliers worldwide. You will act as the front‑line hunter, using market insights to open new sourcing opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new suppliers through internet research, trade fairs, magazines and international databases.
• Assess suppliers on cost, quality, reliability and delivery timelines.
• Communicate with international suppliers to establish initial relationships.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth procurement and delivery.
• Maintain and update qualified supplier files in the global database.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Trading, Procurement or related field.
• Proven experience in sourcing, outbound sales, business development or market development.
• Strong commercial mindset and strategic thinking.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data management.
