Production Supervisor

About the role

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead its manufacturing team in delivering high‑quality aerospace components. The role focuses on meeting production schedules while upholding safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of production team members in line with company policies and aerospace standards such as AS9100.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper use of equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production concerns.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members; enforce safety and operational procedures.
• Maintain production documentation, logs, and reports.
• Support lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or Mechanical Engineering degree.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AS9100 aerospace quality standard.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Understanding of 5S workplace organization.
