Procurement Manager – Tunis

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Procurement Manager to lead all purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and cost‑efficient procurement processes for our organization in Tunis. The role ensures timely acquisition of quality goods and services while optimizing budgets and strengthening supply‑chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain long‑term vendor relationships.
• Evaluate supplier performance through quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks.
• Lead the end‑to‑end purchasing lifecycle including sourcing, vendor selection, price negotiation, and purchase order management.
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities, materials, and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments for timely material availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation regarding procurement performance and spending.
• Lead and mentor procurement team members to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
