About the role
The Customer Relations Coordinator ensures strong relationships with COFICAB MED's automotive cable customers, understanding their business models and requirements to guarantee high satisfaction and on‑time, in‑full deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor customer forecast reliability, adjusting plans to improve accuracy.
- Enter and verify customer forecasts and orders in the information system, providing timely feedback.
- Update delivery plans based on order priorities to optimise transit, pick/pack and loading times.
- Handle extra orders, urgent deliveries, and coordinate claim treatments including reverse logistics.
- Prepare pick lists, control labeling, packaging and loading, and validate deliveries with Advanced Shipment Notices (ASN).
- Track OTIF performance, report logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transport Management or Transportation Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment.
