Processing Support Agent – Evening Shift (North America)

About the role

The Processing Support Agent works on the evening shift to manage the full order processing cycle for North American customers. Based in Tunis, the role ensures orders are entered accurately, verified, and released to production while maintaining high levels of customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the Goldstar Order Processing Application (GOPA) and upload related documentation.
• Review order details for completeness, including quantities, pricing, stock availability, artwork, and delivery dates.
• Process artwork, obtain customer approval when required, and confirm order details.
• Monitor order status via the dashboard, provide timely updates, and contact customers by phone if needed.
• Resolve order‑related issues or delays, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
• Validate all information before setting ship dates and releasing orders to production.
• Ensure production instructions are clear to avoid clarification delays.
• Communicate proactively with customers about status changes, stock issues, or production problems.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with excellent reading, comprehension, and listening skills.
• Effective problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Team‑oriented communicator who can build relationships to achieve goals.
