Operations Manager

About the role

Doctorpass is a fast‑growing US‑based company seeking a remote Operations Manager located in Tunisia. You will act as the operational backbone, building processes from scratch and aligning daily execution with high‑level business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and hold accountable a remote team of lead‑generation/recruitment staff and an IT developer.
• Create, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily workflows, compliance tracking, and administrative paperwork.
• Monitor daily KPIs for the recruitment team to ensure lead conversion targets and operational goals are met.
• Translate business bottlenecks into clear, actionable requirements for the IT developer to automate workflows.
• Oversee company paperwork, contracts, and operational compliance documents.
• Identify inefficiencies in service delivery and implement immediate fixes.

Required profile

• Based in Tunisia and able to work US business hours.
• Flawless spoken and written English.
• 3+ years of experience in Operations Management, BPO, or Tech Project Management.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional remote teams, especially tech and recruitment personnel.
• Highly comfortable with modern communication, project‑management, and digital tracking tools.
• Problem‑solver mindset thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
