International Talent Acquisition Freelancer

About the role

We are expanding our global recruitment team and are looking for a freelance Talent Acquisition specialist to manage end‑to‑end hiring for multilingual positions across Asia and Europe. This remote role offers a leadership opportunity with competitive fees and performance bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
• Advertise openings on international job platforms.
• Source candidates via social media, professional networks and resume databases.
• Screen applicants to ensure they meet required qualifications.
• Conduct initial interviews and build lasting relationships with talent pools.
• Track candidates through the hiring process until placement.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years experience in sales, cold calling or candidate sourcing.
• Background in BPO roles such as customer service, marketing or sales.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
• Experience recruiting for the European market.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably mornings to afternoons.
• Proficiency in English and additional languages.
