About the role
Healthcare Dynamics Group, LLC is seeking an Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The role involves handling phone inquiries, managing office equipment, and ensuring smooth workflow for the consulting team.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment and technology.
- Organize office supplies and ensure a tidy work environment.
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional office administration training is a plus.
- Prior experience in an office assistant or similar role preferred.
