Marketing Coordinator – Content, Sales & Events

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Marketing Coordinator to support day‑to‑day marketing operations. The role blends content creation, sales support, and event coordination, ideal for a fast‑paced environment where staying on top of trends is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and create engaging LinkedIn and Instagram content, including research, planning, copywriting and visual design.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather ideas, secure approvals and ensure timely publishing of approximately 10 posts per week.
• Design and update presentation decks for Sales and Business Development teams.
• Research and develop creative concepts for brands, partners and creators.
• Support planning and execution of marketing events from concept through completion.
• Assist with client outreach, relationship‑building activities and ad‑hoc marketing projects.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Strong eye for design with a portfolio demonstrating Canva proficiency.
• Previous experience in marketing for brands or agencies.
• Solid understanding of internet culture, social media trends and pop culture.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva (portfolio required).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is a plus.
