Logistic Planning Engineer

About the role

LEONI, a global leader in automotive wiring systems, is seeking a Logistic Planning Engineer to develop and implement logistics concepts for inbound, outbound, packaging, and Advanced Delivery Center (ADC) operations in Tunisia.

Key responsibilities

• Create and contribute to logistics concepts (inbound, outbound, packaging, ADC) and calculate associated costs.
• Define country value chain requirements for customer RFQs and support the RFQ process.
• Implement logistics concepts for awarded projects, including customs and emergency procedures.
• Design and implement processes in the local Advanced Delivery Center with 3PL partners.
• Adapt logistics concepts during series phase and recalculate costs.
• Lead cross‑functional improvement projects and manage scope changes, risks, and contingency plans.
• Represent the Value Chain Management department in plant projects and strategy roll‑outs.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, timelines, proposals, and presentations.

Required profile

• Engineer degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Technical Engineering or a Master in Logistics.
• Fluent in English (C1) and French (C1).
• Strong communication and intercultural sensitivity.
• Experience in change management and result orientation.
• Motivation, resilience and self‑organization.
• Ability to manage conflicts and work effectively in teams.
