About the role

We are looking for a Junior Risk Consultant to join Murex’s CS EMEA ERM team in Tunis. The role supports European clients on credit risk and risk‑control solutions, working on production support, upgrades, migrations and new implementations.

Key responsibilities

Provide client support by tracking and resolving open cases.
Participate in upgrade, migration and implementation projects as a project stream member and attend client workshops.
Manage defect correction and product enhancements.
Deliver training sessions to internal teams and to clients.
Assist clients on‑site when required.
Contribute to internal product evolution streams.

Required profile

Master’s degree in engineering, finance, mathematics or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent client‑facing, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Fluent English and willingness to travel.
