Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

The Africa Regional Finance team at Glovo is seeking a 360º, analytical and hands‑on Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic decision‑making, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. You will participate in various FP&A projects and act as a trusted advisor to commercial teams across Tunisia.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bi‑weekly cash‑flow forecasts and perform variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate partner invoicing and payments.
• Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports on AR, AP, inventories and billing.
• Respond to inquiries from internal HQ, regional offices and external stakeholders such as vendors and banks.
• Assist with monthly reconciliation of management and financial reports.
• Support implementation of new ERP systems and business‑process optimisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Global Finance teams (Billing, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounting) to resolve day‑to‑day issues.
• Lead finance‑related projects aimed at improving processes and data reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a finance role, preferably in FP&A or finance operations.
• Fluent Business English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent time‑management, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Google Sheets.
