Junior Procurement and FSTP Coordinator

About the role

Leaders International is seeking a Junior Procurement and FSTP Coordinator to join its on‑site team in Palestine, WV. The role supports the full procurement cycle and the management of Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP) within donor‑funded projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with internal and donor guidelines.
• Collect quotations, review offers and assist in cost‑effective purchasing decisions.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, update tracking tools and databases.
• Support FSTP processes, including documentation, verification of supporting materials and tracking of disbursements.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers and beneficiaries to clarify requirements and timelines.
• Conduct basic market research and support tender evaluations.
• Contribute to regular reporting on procurement and FSTP activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to work on‑site in a multicultural, project‑based environment.
• Experience in development cooperation, NGOs or donor‑funded projects is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Familiarity with procurement procedures and purchase order processing.
