About the role

TANIT is seeking a Junior Marketing Operations Coordinator to bring structure and efficiency to its marketing department. The role is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career professional who enjoys project management, file organization, and process documentation.

Key responsibilities

Organize and track marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Maintain and structure files and folders in SharePoint.
Set up and optimise Asana boards and workflow pipelines.
Draft, update and store standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure briefs, resources and documents are easily accessible for the team.
Support internal coordination and improve cross‑department communication.
Monitor project progress and help remove blockers to keep initiatives on schedule.

Required profile

Highly organized, detail‑oriented and reliable.
Proactive communicator who can follow up without being prompted.
Comfortable collaborating with multiple departments.
Fluent in French; strong English skills are a plus.
Interest in marketing operations, systems and process improvement.
