About the role
TANIT is seeking a Junior Marketing Operations Coordinator to bring structure and efficiency to its marketing department. The role is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career professional who enjoys project management, file organization, and process documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and track marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain and structure files and folders in SharePoint.
- Set up and optimise Asana boards and workflow pipelines.
- Draft, update and store standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure briefs, resources and documents are easily accessible for the team.
- Support internal coordination and improve cross‑department communication.
- Monitor project progress and help remove blockers to keep initiatives on schedule.
Required profile
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and reliable.
- Proactive communicator who can follow up without being prompted.
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple departments.
- Fluent in French; strong English skills are a plus.
- Interest in marketing operations, systems and process improvement.
