IT System Support Specialist

About the role

CXG, a global customer experience company founded in 2006 and working with more than 200 luxury brands, is hiring an IT Support Specialist for its office in Tunisia. The role reports to the Product Manager and involves advanced computer systems support in a help desk setting, providing first-line assistance for operational problems of the company's systems and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, high-quality Level 1 and Level 2 support, including setting up production environments for clients and internal staff.
• Perform data testing and end-to-end testing.
• Analyze functional, performance, UI and technical issues raised by customers about the main digital products.
• Prioritize logged tickets based on business impact.
• Coordinate with Business, Development and QA teams to resolve issues within the agreed timeframe.
• Liaise with internal and external teams to negotiate dependencies.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English and strong customer service sense.
• Works well in an integrated team, is a fast and independent learner, and shows intercultural competence.
• Personal ownership of the applications and a drive to keep customers satisfied.

Required skills

• JavaScript, HTML, CSS and REST APIs.
• Strong computer literacy and working knowledge of the applications being implemented.
