Inhouse Consultant – Order to Cash (F/M)

About the role

We are seeking an Inhouse Consultant – Order to Cash to join our team in Tunis. You will be a key driver in designing, standardising, and continuously improving our end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) landscape, working closely with global BPM, IT and Commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the full O2C process, from opportunity management to cash collection.
• Analyse customer‑oriented processes to identify efficiency gains and value creation.
• Act as the functional bridge between business stakeholders and SAP S/4HANA, translating requirements into system configurations and functional specifications.
• Lead process‑mining initiatives with tools such as Signavio to uncover bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Plan, lead and control middle‑management projects, managing scope, timeline, risk and delivery.
• Coordinate workshops, methodological trainings and coach partners on BPM standards.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent process adoption and change management.
• Define and monitor O2C KPIs and dashboards, turning data insights into actionable decisions.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Engineering or a comparable consulting role, with a focus on Order‑to‑Cash.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA O2C (SD module) and exposure to FI/AR, MM or CPQ is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with process‑mining tools, preferably Signavio.
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional process improvement projects.
• Knowledge of BPMN, Lean Management or Six Sigma; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to grasp complex interdependencies quickly.
