SAP Technology Consultant

About the role

Sartorius is seeking an SAP Technology Consultant to design, implement, and maintain its SAP landscape, with a focus on S/4HANA and Rise with SAP. You will ensure the platforms run reliably, securely and support the company’s transformation into an intelligent enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, configure and manage SAP systems to guarantee high availability and performance.
• Plan and execute installations, upgrades and system migrations, especially for S/4HANA and Rise with SAP.
• Monitor system health, performance metrics and security compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address business needs and resolve technical issues.
• Provide expert advice on SAP best practices, architecture and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures and integration guides.
• Work with SAP ECS in line with the Target Operating Model.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA; experience with Rise with SAP is a plus.
• Good understanding of SAP architecture and integration concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to install, upgrade and migrate SAP systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and strong communication.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
