Hybrid Social Media & Production Project Manager – YouTube

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Hybrid Social Media Manager and Production Project Manager to drive the growth of multiple YouTube channels for a leading French media group. The role is fully remote but requires alignment with Central European Time and fluency in French.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production pipelines, assign tasks to video editors, and enforce strict deadlines.
• Review video drafts, provide detailed feedback, and ensure elite quality standards.
• Audit the existing media catalog to select high‑potential content for long‑form videos and Shorts.
• Schedule and optimize publishing of both long‑form videos and vertical Shorts directly in YouTube Studio.
• Maintain and update the master content calendar and workflow tools (Monday.com).
• Collaborate daily with the lead Project Manager on content ideas, thumbnails, and title packaging.

Required profile

• Native or fully fluent French speaker.
• Deep knowledge of YouTube publishing ecosystems and best‑practice packaging.
• Proven experience managing YouTube channels and coordinating creative teams.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of handling multiple creative deadlines.
