Human Resources Manager – Full‑time (On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join Carthagium’s team in Tunis. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting the company’s operations in the International Private Medical Insurance sector. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
• Oversee HR administration and coordinate with the outsourced payroll provider.
• Participate in the monitoring and implementation of internal HR procedures.
• Provide training follow‑up and support to managers.
• Contribute to organizational and workforce‑related projects.
• Deliver day‑to‑day HR support to employees and managers.
• Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and company policies.
• Assist in performance management cycles and employee development plans.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment and employee relations.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and compliance with labour laws.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in a multilingual, multicurrency environment is a plus.
