HR Operations Team Manager

About the role

Yazaki is seeking an HR Operations Team Manager to support its plant in Bizerte. You will work closely with the HR Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, high service quality and strong employee experience on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR Operations Manager in organizing daily activities, allocating workloads and monitoring team performance.
• Implement priorities and action plans, providing regular progress updates.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll, HR administration, employee lifecycle services and employee support.
• Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor to support employees and managers.
• Drive efficient hiring strategies for direct and indirect employees.
• Guarantee process compliance, accurate documentation, reliable HR data and agreed service levels.
• Report KPIs, backlogs, errors and service quality, proposing improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 5‑8 years experience in HR Operations or Administration, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Experience coordinating a team and supporting people development.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Collaborative approach with clear reporting and respect for responsibilities.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of payroll processing.
• Experience with time‑management systems.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms.
• Understanding of employee relations and applicable labor law.
