Site Operations Manager

About the role

The Site Operations Manager leads the on‑site team, overseeing daily operations, supervision, accountability and reporting to senior leadership. This role ensures smooth coordination between the site staff and corporate leadership while maintaining security and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise attendance, workload, daily output and set weekly/monthly expectations.
• Conduct one‑on‑ones, team meetings, performance check‑ins and manage performance reviews.
• Handle disciplinary matters in line with local labor law and company policy.
• Report capacity, performance, risks and morale to leadership and escalate issues early.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment, accounts and policy sign‑offs.
• Administer contracts, leave, overtime, attendance and payroll inputs while ensuring legal compliance.
• Enforce security policies, manage asset inventory and ensure completion of security awareness training.
• Act as the communication link between the on‑site team and leadership, aligning schedules with US time zones.

Required profile

• 2+ years in operations, office management, team leadership or HR operations.
• 2+ years directly supervising a team, preferably in technology, IT services, BPO or professional services.
• Working knowledge of local labor law, social security and payroll practices.
• Fluent business English, French and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong judgment, integrity and ability to hold people accountable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Experience using collaboration tools such as Teams, Slack and Jira.
