Goldstar Processing Support Agent – Evening Shift (North America)

About the role

The Goldstar Processing Support Agent works on the evening shift to manage the full order processing cycle for North American customers. Based in Tunis, the agent ensures orders are entered accurately, verified, and released to production while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the Goldstar Order Processing Application (GOPA) and upload related documentation.
• Review order details for completeness, including quantities, pricing, stock, artwork, and delivery dates.
• Process artwork, obtain customer approval when required, and confirm order details with customers.
• Monitor order status via the dashboard, provide timely updates, and communicate proactively with customers.
• Contact customers by phone if email responses are missing.
• Resolve order‑related issues, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
• Validate all information before setting ship dates and releasing orders to production.
• Ensure production instructions are clear to avoid clarification delays.
• Perform any additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with excellent reading, comprehension, and listening skills.
• Effective problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Team‑player attitude with strong communication skills.
