German Speaker – Service Coordination Role

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a German‑speaking professional to support its mobile network services team in Tunis. You will act as a point of contact for customers, ensuring that change requests are properly recorded, processed and resolved according to service agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Log, track, update and authorize customer change requests, guaranteeing resolution within the defined Service Level Agreement.
• Coordinate daily activities with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare and deliver statistical reports on service performance and change management metrics.

Required profile

• University degree in languages (German) or equivalent advanced German proficiency (minimum B2 level) in both written and spoken form.
• High‑school diploma is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and interpersonal/negotiation abilities.
• Good command of English is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced German (B2 or higher) – written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
