Senior Technical Service Advisor – French

About the role

The Senior Technical Service Advisor will act as the primary post‑sales contact for HPE Juniper customers, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. This onsite position is based in the HPE office in Ariana, Tunisia.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for all post‑sales service needs, aligning with customers and account teams.
• Drive case resolution within SLAs, escalating critical issues and coordinating expertise across HPE Juniper technical support.
• Conduct periodic reviews of service delivery metrics, SLA performance and quality with customers.
• Develop and present operational status reports using ITIL‑based frameworks.
• Provide proactive consulting such as health checks, impact assessments, configuration reviews and mitigation planning.
• Collaborate with HPE Juniper engineering to address software defects and improve product quality.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience designing, implementing and troubleshooting datacenter and IP/MPLS networks.
• Strong background in customer‑facing roles and ability to work independently in unstructured environments.
• Fluent French and proficient English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent; MBA is a plus.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of core IP networking concepts: TCP/IP, QoS, VLAN, STP, IPSEC, NAT, IPv6.
• Expertise in Layer‑2/Layer‑3 protocols: VRRP, OSPF, BGP, Multicast, MPLS VPN.
• Familiarity with advanced technologies: Segment Routing, Traffic Engineering, DC Switching, VxLAN, EVPN, SD‑WAN, Wireless.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and automation concepts.
• HPE Juniper certifications (JNCIS/JNCIP/JNCIE) or equivalent industry certifications.
