Food Service Supervisor

About the role

Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is seeking motivated Food Service Supervisors to join leading restaurants and hospitality employers across multiple Canadian cities. This full‑time, permanent position is ideal for candidates with supervisory experience who are fluent in French and English and wish to build a long‑term career in Canada’s growing hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of food‑service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain food preparation and service standards for quality, presentation, and safety.
• Train, schedule, and support employees, handling opening/closing duties, cash handling, and record‑keeping.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with supply orders, and ensure compliance with sanitation and food‑safety regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve service or quality issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Functional proficiency in French and English (CLB 5 or higher).
• Eligibility for a Canadian work permit or valid Canadian work status.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety practices.
