Field Service Engineer – Lac 3

About the role

Knauf Platres is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join its Tunisian team at the Lac 3 site. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of local IT infrastructure, supporting end‑users and maintaining a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installations, repairs and maintenance of telecom and IT equipment.
• Conduct regular on‑site and remote checks to keep infrastructure, end‑user devices and networks secure and operational.
• Support the rollout of global IT projects and manage the lifecycle of local/regional IT assets.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports and documentation to meet regulatory and safety standards.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality of hardware and services.
• Strengthen resilience through disaster‑recovery readiness, incident response and adherence to IT security standards.
• Act as an escalation point for business‑critical incidents.
