English Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join Transcom’s dynamic team in El Kram, Tunisia. You will be the first point of contact for customers of leading global brands, delivering fast, accurate and friendly support through our ticketing system.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in English via tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Maintain high quality service standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across rotating shifts to meet service level agreements.
• Share knowledge and propose process enhancements to support project success.

Required profile

• Native or C1‑level proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong verbal and written communication, empathy and active listening.
• Ability to quickly learn new information, adapt to change and maintain a positive attitude.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
