Digital Marketing & Public Relations Intern

About the role

The Digital Marketing & Public Relations Intern supports the execution of the hotel's digital marketing, communication and public relations initiatives in line with Four Seasons brand standards. This is a full-time, paid 6-month graduation project internship (PFE) for a final-year student.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content across the hotel's social media platforms, monitor engagement and support community management
• Maintain content calendars and campaign timelines, and create photo, video and written content for digital channels
• Support SEO by optimising website content and monitoring keyword performance
• Assist with photo shoots, video production and digital asset management, and track trends to find content opportunities
• Support influencer, content creator and media collaborations
• Assist with PR activities such as media outreach, press kits and media monitoring
• Track campaign performance, online reviews and guest feedback, and prepare marketing and PR reports

Required profile

• Final-year student seeking a 6-month PFE in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Hospitality or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, creativity and a proactive approach to learning
• Passion for storytelling, luxury hospitality, travel and lifestyle

Required skills

• Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic use of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social or similar
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or CapCut
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• SEO principles and website content management are an asset
