Content Creator / Video Editor

About the role

Osmoz Agency is a digital marketing agency in Tunisia that creates social media content, video campaigns and brand identities for ambitious brands. It is looking for a creative to plan, shoot and edit engaging content for its clients' social media channels, including reels, short-form videos, ads and motion pieces, working closely with designers, community managers and the account team.

Key responsibilities

• Conceive and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and ad creatives
• Edit videos from raw footage: cutting, rhythm, color correction, sound design and subtitles
• Create motion graphics and animated elements to enhance brand content
• Shoot photo and video content when needed (products, behind the scenes, UGC-style)
• Follow trends and propose fresh content ideas and formats
• Respect brand guidelines and deliver on time across multiple projects

Required profile

• Proven experience in video editing and content creation (portfolio required)
• Fluent in Arabic and French; English is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage deadlines

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; CapCut is a plus
• Good understanding of social media formats and platform trends
• Creative eye for storytelling, composition and visual consistency
• Nice to have: experience with AI video and image tools, basic photography, Photoshop or Illustrator
